Did you know...

Anais Nin (1903-1977) emerged as a central figure in the new feminism of the 1970s. Her seven Journals, written from age sixty-three to the time of her death at age seventy-four, provided a passionate and candid account of her voyage of self-discovery. Many women were influenced by Nin's intense autobiographical works in their own inner quests and autobiographical expression, through writing, art, and photography.
